Building Systems Integration (BSI) is a Phoenix-based HVAC contractor focused on multifamily new construction projects. Our team supports large-scale apartment developments across the Phoenix metro area through disciplined execution, repeatable workflows, and in-house sheet-metal fabrication.

We are always interested in experienced professionals who want to work on structured, production driven projects and be part of a company built around consistency, accountability, and long-term growth.

BSI hires individuals who take pride in their work and understand the demands of large scale construction. 

Our team includes:

• HVAC installers and lead installers
• Sheet metal fabricators and shop personnel
• Foremen and field leaders
• Project support and coordination roles

Multifamily construction experience is preferred, but we value strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn within a structured environment.
